Evolving Solution Services in Detroit, MI is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist. The role involves providing high-quality mental health care, planning and documenting treatment, and delivering individual and group therapy in alignment with evidence-based practice.

You will maintain timely CPT-coded notes, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and may cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires licensure in SW, counseling, or psychology and prior health/human services experience.

Formación

• Work in health or behavioral sciences or be enrolled toward related degree.
• Preferred one year of Mental Health treatment experience.
• Must possess a license in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• If recovering, at least 3 years of consistent sobriety prior to application; no felony in 2 years.
• Not on probation or parole if the position requires work with EHI contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients through orientation.
• Complete clinical documentation within required agency timeframes with sound interviewing and assessment.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions and educational didactics.
• Prepare progress notes and CPT-coded documentation in the electronic record system.
• Provide coverage as needed including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and with probation/parole agents.
• Participate in case conferences, utilization reviews, and staff meetings.
