Job description

Our multi-specialty practice is eager to add a dedicated mental health therapist to our outpatient treatment team. Candidates can expect to provide individual psychotherapy, conduct routine assessments, and offer optional group treatments across the spectrum of mental health disorders. Treatment providers are encouraged to develop their own niche based on clinical interests and preferred age range or demographics. Consultation between colleagues and individualized supervision are important components of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and mental health counseling to patients, including children and families.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Utilize routine testing and telehealth services as needed to support patient progress.
Education & Licensure
  • Master’s degree in a mental health profession and commensurate licensure in the State of Michigan (LPC, LLP, LMFT, LMWS-C) is mandatory.
  • Doctorate holders will enjoy greater compensation and access to greater responsibilities over time.
  • Independent licensure is strongly preferred; candidates seeking post‑degree supervision and training who are a long‑term fit will also be considered.
