The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist develops behavioral health treatment goals for targeted client populations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with our mission, vision, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in a Human Services field (preferably Social Work) from an accredited university
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred
• Experience in individual, group, and family therapy
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws preferred
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems preferred
