The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist develops behavioral health treatment plans tailored to specific client populations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with UHS mission and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services field (preferably Social Work) from an accredited university
• Current licensure (LPC or LCSW)
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws for services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Basic understanding of educational, psychological, and social service systems, especially related to special education and behavior treatment
