Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Professional Hourly in Vermont. The role provides clinical services under supervision, delivering individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations within a corrections- or facility-based setting.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral or social science and licensure such as LMSW or LPC, with CPR certification, offering ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide consultation to institutional staff regarding mental status and management of persons served.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and program development activities.
• Maintain accountability through the Quality Improvement program and accurate recording of activities.
