Wellpath is hiring a Mental Health Professional for an 8‑hour shift at our Vermont facility. You will provide clinical services under supervision, including assessments, treatment planning, and evidence‑based psychotherapy, supporting underserved patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral or social science field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience and coursework indicating knowledge of mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, and crisis intervention.
• Licensure such as LMSW or LPC in the state; CPR certification and other required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment records in a timely manner.
• Provide consultation to institutional staff regarding mental status and management.
• Participate in staff meetings and program development activities.
• Maintain accountability through Quality Improvement and accurate recording of activities.
