Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator in the United States to oversee mental health services within a facility, providing clinical supervision to staff and direct care to inmates. The role emphasizes collaboration with facility personnel and maintaining patient confidentiality while ensuring quality care.

The position requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field, licensure in the state, and CPR certification.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or behavioral science.
• Experience coordinating and administering mental health service delivery systems.
• Knowledge of management/supervision techniques, mental health counseling, psychotherapy.
• Licensed to practice psychology or social work in the State by the licensing board.
• Must maintain CPR certification or other required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and manage clinical services provided by mental health staff and allocate resources.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision and direction to mental health staff.
• Provide mental health services to inmates and consult with facility personnel.
• Coordinate with facility administrative staff and maintain confidentiality of inmate information.
• Develop and implement corrective steps to ensure quality mental health care and notify supervisory personnel of concerns.
