Job summary

WellQor is a patient-centered, online psychology practice that supports clinicians with W-2 employment and full administrative backing. Therapists provide tele-therapy, build meaningful relationships with clients, and have access to a supportive care-team model.

You’ll work with a Clinical Director and regional teams, collaborate across the country using Clinician Connect, and benefit from credentialing, billing, and marketing support.

• Allow WellQor to handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services on your behalf.
• Participate in company events and receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, professional, and compassionate people.
• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions.
• Comfort using technology in everyday work.
• A willingness to learn.

WellQor Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time. Hourly compensation is competitive and varies based on license level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
