Two Chairs is hiring remote clinicians to deliver evidence-based therapy for adults 18+. You will maintain a 7–20 session weekly caseload, conduct assessments, and use outcomes data to guide care.

The role emphasizes teletherapy with strong EHR usage and collaboration with other providers. Licensure in NH as LICSW/LMFT/LCMHC or psychologist (PhD/PsyD) is required, with support to license in additional states.

• Willing to become licensed in other states; employer covers costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; PHQ-9 proficiency; comfortable with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week; 8–24 hours weekly.
• 85% of time in direct client care; perform assessments and ongoing therapy.
• Weekly manager check-ins early on; utilize data to guide treatment.

Job description

• Compensation: New Hampshire residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in New Hampshire as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Available for manager check‑ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
