Family & Children's Center in Sparta, Wisconsin is seeking a Therapist to provide mental health assessments, psychotherapy, and substance abuse services. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or Social Work and be licensed to practice. Responsibilities include maintaining a full caseload, documentation using electronic health records, community outreach, and participating in training. Qualifications

• Licensed and third-party billable as a mental health professional.
• Be in good standing with the licensing board.
• Maintain certification/licensure in good standing and remain current in required hours of annual staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain client files using the agency’s Electronic Health Record system.
• Actively participate in supervision, staff meetings, and agency meetings.
• Perform community presentations or outreach services as required.
