Odyssey House is seeking Mental Health Therapists for our Outpatient Programs!

We are actively seeking passionate professionals to join our team at multiple locations, offering opportunities to support adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Location:

Taylorsville

Schedule:

Four ten-hour evenings: 12 pm - 10 pm

Compensation

• New Therapist: Starting wage $65,000
• Fully Licensed Therapist: $70,000
• 5 years of Applicable Experience: $75,000

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, ACMHC, CMHC, etc.)
• Experience with adverse mental and behavioral symptoms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of trauma-informed care
• Eligible to work in the USA
