Premier Wellness Center in Media, PA is seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists to join a collaborative team. You will provide high-quality therapy to clients, including virtual sessions, while the practice handles operations and scheduling.

We offer weekly supervision, referrals to grow your caseload, and strong opportunities for professional development. The role requires two office days per week with flexible evenings/weekends in a modern, well-equipped space with free parking.

Qualifications

• Current professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to starting.
• Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.
• Evening and/or weekend availability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology.
• Pre-Licensed Therapist: Master’s level therapist or social worker (Bachelor's level therapist will not be considered).
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, as well as meeting client appointments and practice deadlines.
