Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Lancaster is seeking a skilled therapist for a flexible remote role with in-person and Telehealth components. The position offers a 25-session weekly caseload, leadership growth opportunities, and a straightforward compensation package of $70,000–$85,000 per year.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work or a related field and be a PA-licensed mental health professional (LPC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

• Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
