Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is seeking passionate and unique part-time therapists to join our team in North Wales, PA. Candidates will evaluate mental health diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and document ongoing care. A master’s degree and valid Pennsylvania licensure are required, along with at least 2 years of experience in mental health treatment. Who we are looking for

We are seeking passionate and unique part-time therapists to join us at Ellie in North Wales, PA. The ideal candidate is authentic and shares our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 client visits per week and be available for a minimum of three evenings and/or weekend hours for in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet community needs.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a thriving team culture.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as LAMFT, LAPC, or LSW.
• Experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing mental health treatment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed mental health professional (LSW, LAPC, or LAMFT) with a valid Pennsylvania license.
• Clinicians working toward full Pennsylvania clinical license are encouraged to apply as supervision is offered.
• Providers offering individual, couples, and family therapy using a broad range of modalities, including play therapy, TF-CBT, dance/movement therapy, EMDR, or other methods.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior mental health documentation experience.
• Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.
