Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Navos Behavioral Health Network, seeks a Mental Health Therapist in Seattle to deliver clinical counseling and intensive case management for adults in ICSRP. This role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care with collaboration across providers.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, facilitate groups, and support daily living activities to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field is required
• Master’s degree preferred for higher responsibilities
• Washington ACCR credential must be applied for within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions
• Facilitate weekly therapeutic groups
• Provide case management and care coordination
• Assist clients with ADLs to promote independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Develop therapeutic relationships using trauma-informed approaches
