We partner with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical life skills, access essential resources, and overcome barriers to recovery.Working at ICSRP means making a tangible difference every day. We are committed to meeting clients where they are, fostering hope, and supporting each person's journey toward recovery and community integration.## **Key Responsibilities:*** ### Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and applicable regulations.* ### Complete timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and treatment updates.* ### Conduct clinical assessments and provide therapeutic interventions based on clients' individual needs and treatment goals.* ### Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.* ### Facilitate weekly therapeutic groups using evidence-based, recovery-oriented practices.* ### Provide ongoing case management services, including care coordination, treatment planning, referrals, resource linkage, and client advocacy for an assigned caseload.* ### Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence, dignity, and recovery.* ### Monitor clients' mental and physical health status, report significant changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure appropriate care.* ### Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients through a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.* ### Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, case managers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.### **Position Summary**The Mental Health Therapist is a vital role at MultiCare, responsible for the delivery of clinical counseling and case management services. From patient advocacy to therapeutic interventions, this position will offer you dynamic engagements in your daily work functions.**Responsibilities:*** You will provide person-centered counseling, advocacy and case management for patients* You will develop treatment plans which clearly identify the patient’s voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures* You meet agency documentation standards* You will meet authorization requirements of contracts* You will strategically tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field required; Master's degree preferred* Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $28.41 - $40.89 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
