You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop safety and wellness plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists and nurses to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with licensing requirements.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Efficient time management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
