Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a focus on culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
