Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Therapist to empower clients in behavioral health. You will work with couples and families in a collaborative clinical team, supporting licensure journeys and providing sustainable, client-centered care.

The position offers growth, supervision, and a strong multidisciplinary environment. A $2,500 hiring incentive is available at this location for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC) preferred.
• Experience working with couples and families (LGMFT/LMFT preferred).
• Ongoing professional development and supervision offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis and safety plans and relapse prevention plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing, and maintain confidentiality.
