Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join the Lyra provider network across North Dakota. You will deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, with access to training and clinical consultation.

We provide scheduling flexibility, easy invoicing and quick payments, a calendar integration, and 24/7 Care Navigation for crisis support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to work independently.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with in-person delivery preferred.
• Must have an office space to see clients in North Dakota area.
• Experience managing risk and responding to crises as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Work independently with licensed status and manage clinical crises as needed.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultations team for support and guidance.
