Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families.

In-person care is strongly preferred, with offices in Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, and Minot, ND, and broader US coverage through Lyra’s network. You will be contracted via Lyra Clinical Associates, with administrative and marketing support, flexible scheduling, and rapid payments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent) to work independently without supervision.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices.
• Strong preference for in-person care delivery to children, adults, couples, and/or families.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for diverse clients.
• Work primarily in North Dakota locations (Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot) and/or via Lyra network as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultations team for rapid support and client care.
