Lyra Health is expanding its provider network in North Dakota. We are seeking independently licensed clinical therapists who deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.

The role emphasizes in-person care within the North Dakota area, with administrative and clinical support from Lyra’s platform to help with scheduling, billing, and client matching. Ideal candidates have unrestricted licensure, experience with ACT/CBT/CPT/DBT, and a commitment to culturally

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) without supervision
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person delivery
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in North Dakota area
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to clients in North Dakota.
• Coordinate scheduling and billing using Lyra tools and platform.
• Maintain clinical notes and adhere to best practices and privacy standards.
