TPC Wellness in Mount Orab, OH is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for individuals and families. You will conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, develop personalized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, coordination with insurers, court involvement when required, and support for discharge planning and aftercare to promote sustained recovery.

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment and case management plans.
