Job summary

Still Waters Counseling, LLC in the Ann Arbor/Saline area is seeking an experienced and compassionate therapist to join our team. This W-2 position offers full-time hours with the possibility of part-time if qualified, in-person at Ann Arbor/Saline with hybrid options.

You will work with LPCs/LMSWs/LLPs, provide therapy, assessments, and coordination, maintaining confidentiality and supervision as needed within a supportive, family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• LMSW, LPC, and LLP's strongly preferred; post-doctoral psychologists may be considered within licensure window.
• Ability to travel consistently to Ann Arbor and Saline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular appointments with clients seeking mental health support.
• Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients.
• Implement treatments and protocols to address client needs.
• Record and maintain documentation of visits as required by payors.
• Refer clients to internal or external resources when appropriate.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Educate and involve families and key system players in treatment when needed.
