Perspectives Counseling Centers in Ann Arbor, MI, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions and collaborate with a diverse patient population.

You will screen and assess individuals, provide evidence‑based therapy, and maintain accurate EMRs with regulatory compliance. Collaboration and compassionate care are emphasized in our clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• 2+ years of professional experience providing behavioral health services (preferred).
• Active and unrestricted license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) in MI.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using approaches including CBT, DBT, and other evidence‑based methods.
• Maintain EMR and documentation with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with external providers and form strong provider‑patient alliances.
