Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.
• EMDR training and practice experience preferred.
• CADC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Meet weekly for supervision.
• Provide mental health therapy for a caseload of 20+ clients weekly.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions.
• Adhere to facility and licensing standards and qualifications.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
