Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• CPR and CPI de-escalation certification required.
• Preferred: previous assessment and evaluation experience.

Responsabilités

• Completes psychosocial evaluations in a timely fashion.
• Interviews patients/family members to identify crises and disruption.
• Contributes to treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Conducts therapy sessions with individuals and groups.
• Documents in the medical record and coordinates admissions.
