Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine West Linn, located in West Linn, Oregon, seeks a Family Therapist to support adolescents and their families on the path to recovery from eating disorders. The role includes weekly family therapy, caregiver coaching, and group sessions in a residential setting.

The position emphasizes individualized, empathetic care and collaboration with families to replace eating disorders with healthy skills. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline required or preferred.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW) preferred.
• Experience treating eating disorders in residential or inpatient settings helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls.
• Facilitate group therapy for clients and families.
• Provide meal support with clients.
• Participate in ongoing care management.
• Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client respecting individual identities.

We are offering $5k sign on and up to $10k for relocation bonus!

Monte Nido Clementine West Linn, located in West Linn is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Primary or Family Therapist to provide therapy to our clients and their families.

Our Family Therapists may be scheduled for one evening and one weekend day for the benefit of clients and their families.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

• Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.
