Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our programs serve adolescents with eating disorders and related concerns. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to support healthier outcomes.

Work closely with nutrition, medical, and outpatient partners, participate in discharge planning, and help coordinate aftercare to sustain lasting recovery for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food.

Programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
