Job summary

Solution Based Therapeutics LLC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health and addiction treatment team serving detox, residential, and outpatient clients. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Candidates should hold a master's degree in a behavioral health field, active licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current and active clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.
• Experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment preferred.
• Detox or residential treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.
• Experience completing ASAM assessments strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support individualized treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in addiction treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and relapse-prevention strategies.
• Complete ASAM assessments and LPHA documentation accurately and on time.
• Review and sign clinical documentation within LPHA scope.
• Monitor client progress, symptoms, and safety concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, program staff, and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical documentation per regs.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.

Compensation: $90k - $100k (depending on experience) + benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health and addiction treatment team.

The Therapist will provide high-quality clinical services to individuals receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders across detox, residential, and outpatient levels of care.

This position is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working in a multidisciplinary treatment environment and experienced with assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment documentation, crisis intervention, and evidence-based approaches to addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support individualized treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in addiction treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and relapse-prevention strategies.
• Complete ASAM assessments and required LPHA documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Review and sign clinical documentation as required within the LPHA role.
• Monitor client progress, symptoms, treatment needs, and potential safety concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, Program Manager, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries with clients and colleagues.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Candidates with previous detox or residential treatment experience, familiarity with ASAM criteria, and strong clinical documentation skills are highly encouraged to apply.
