Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid or remote role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Skokie, IL. This role has the option to transition to a full-time role as caseload builds. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individualized mental health treatment, conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and family therapy. The therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans and support clients through their mental health journey.

• Treatment Planning and Mental Health skills
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management
• Family Therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent licensure in Illinois
