Curis Functional Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our Dallas-based multidisciplinary team. You will assess clients, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and integrate holistic functional health approaches into care.

You'll collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, and other therapists, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and staying current with best practices. Full-time or part-time in-person opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Passion to learn functional medicine principles and a holistic approach to mental health.
• Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment.
• Collaborate with medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and wellness practices.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and integrate new approaches into your practice.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a functional health setting and dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges through holistic approaches. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic support, and work alongside a team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
