Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field is required.
• Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) is required.
• Interest in functional medicine and holistic mental health approaches is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment plans.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a functional health setting and dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges through holistic approaches. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic support, and work alongside a team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Employ a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
