Curis Functional Health in Texas is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, team-based setting. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat clients, collaborating with chiropractors, nutritionists, and other clinicians to support whole-person wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Current state licensure such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and passion for helping clients thrive.
• Interest in learning functional medicine principles and holistic approaches to mental health.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with diverse populations and culturally responsive care.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Incorporate physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors into therapeutic approach.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, medical professionals, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on needs.
• Educate clients on coping, wellness practices, and self-care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive culture focused on patient outcomes and growth.

What We’re Looking For
