Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with the flexibility of on-site and hybrid work options. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, emotional presence, and a commitment to holistic wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse populations
• Utilize EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic tools as appropriate
• Offer psychoeducation and coaching to support clients’ personal growth and life transitions
• Optionally integrate body-based healing modalities such as yoga or movement therapies
• Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation in our secure EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent (Required)
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Required)
• Specialized training or certification in EMDR and/or DBT (Preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in trauma-focused care and mindfulness-based therapy
• Passion for holistic wellness and integrative approaches to mental health
• Additional experience in life coaching, yoga therapy, or natural healing practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented setting
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and hybrid service delivery
• Ability to see ~20-30 clients per week
