Job summary

nt4kids.org is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists (licensed or associate) to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on neurodivergent clients. This is a part-time, pay-per-client role designed to grow with demand.

Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across clinic locations, with opportunities to increase hours and transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based care model.
• Proficiency with biopsychosocial and DSM-5-TR assessments.
• Experience with care coordination and case management.
• Ability to develop SMART, strengths-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

This is a part-time, pay-per-client position designed to grow with program demand, with opportunities for increased hours and potential transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads and clinic needs expand.

Position Overview:

This role provides outpatient mental health therapy across one or more clinic locations depending on program needs. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Clinicians may be assigned across clinic locations based on caseload availability and service demand, which may include split-site scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications.

Licensed Therapists:

• Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

All Candidates:

• Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.
• Conducting biopsychosocial and DSM-5-TR diagnostic assessments, including differential diagnosis.
• Working with children, adolescents, neurodivergent clients, and their parents or caregivers.
• Developing strengths-based individual and family treatment plans with SMART goals and measurable outcomes.
• Writing timely progress notes that connect the assessment, diagnosis, treatment goals, interventions, client response, and ongoing medical necessity through the Golden Thread.
• Providing and documenting case management and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Completing discharge or termination summaries with a clear clinical rationale and recommendations for continued care.
