Job summary

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Oregon is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists (licensed or associate level) for part-time outpatient work serving children, adolescents, and families, with opportunities to grow hours and transition to full-time salaried roles with benefits as caseloads expand.

Clinicians may work across multiple clinic locations (Clackamas, Wilsonville, Oregon City) and will provide individual and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and document care

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapists must hold active Oregon licensure (LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Associate Therapists must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and active Oregon associate registration, working toward independent licensure under supervision.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.

Multiple positions open in: Clackamas, Wilsonville, Oregon City.

We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists (licensed or associate level) to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents, and families—particularly neurodivergent clients. This is a part-time, pay-per-client position designed to grow with program demand, with opportunities for increased hours and potential transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads and clinic needs expand.

Position Overview

This role provides outpatient mental health therapy across one or more clinic locations depending on program needs. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and pre-licensed associates working toward licensure under approved clinical supervision.

Clinicians may be assigned across clinic locations based on caseload availability and service demand, which may include split-site scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed Therapists

• Active Oregon licensure (LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

Associate-Level Therapists

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Oregon associate registration (e.g., CSWA, LPC-A, LMFTA, or equivalent).
• Working toward independent licensure under supervision.

All Candidates

• Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.
• Conducting biopsychosocial and DSM-5-TR diagnostic assessments, including differential diagnosis.
• Working with children, adolescents, neurodivergent clients, and their parents or caregivers.
• Developing strengths-based individual and family treatment plans with SMART goals and measurable outcomes.
• Writing timely progress notes that connect the assessment, diagnosis, treatment goals, interventions, client response, and ongoing medical necessity through the Golden Thread.
• Providing and documenting case management and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Completing discharge or termination summaries with a clear clinical rationale and recommendations for continued care.
