Job description

We’d love to have you join our team at Inner Growth Therapy Services, a small, supportive group practice in Geneva, IL. We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist (part-time with potential to build up to full-time if interested, but can remain PT) who’s looking for a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where clinicians truly support one another.

We prioritize therapist wellbeing and believe good clinical work starts with feeling respected, connected, and supported. This is a hybrid role (in-person + telehealth), with most clients currently preferring in-office sessions.

Our practice serves children (10+), adolescents, and adults, is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming. We welcome clinicians with diverse specialties and new ideas. Thank you for considering us!

Applicants must be fully licensed in Illinois.

• W-2 employee position (not 1099 contractor)
• Part-time position requires a minimum of 10 client hours per week
• Hybrid role with both in-office and telehealth sessions
• Some evening availability required; optional weekend hours if desired
• Part-time position offers opportunity to grow caseload to full-time with benefits, if interested.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is 50% of collected session revenue, with clinician pay ranging from $52–$81 per session depending on the client’s insurance reimbursement rates.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD) *required*
• Team oriented and values collaboration
• Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus
• Private practice experience preferred but not required
• Priority given to clinicians interested in pursuing an ADHD certification (company paid)
