Job summary

Mind Lodge in Plainfield, IL seeks a compassionate therapist to join our growing private-practice team. The role can be part-time or full-time (W-2) with the flexibility to see 15 to 30 clients per week, serving individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan in a supportive, private-practice setting with hybrid scheduling.

Candidates hold a Master’s in a related field and must be Illinois-licensed (LCPC/LPC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT) with strong communication and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Willingness to treat all age ranges.
• Christian or faith-based counseling, EMDR therapist, and/or Couples therapy would be a bonus.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW or LMFT).
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time or full-time clinician to join our team at Mind Lodge. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to see 15 to 30 clients per week, providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

We are especially interested in a licensed therapist who is comfortable working with a broad range of clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We value clinicians who bring a range of clinical interests and are able to meet clients where they are, while developing strong therapeutic relationships across different ages and presenting concerns.

Additional areas of experience or interest are a plus, including Christian or faith-based therapy, couples therapy, EMDR, trauma-focused care, and other specialized clinical approaches. We welcome clinicians with diverse strengths and are interested in adding therapists who can complement the existing services and expertise within our growing team.

Evening and weekend availability tends to fill the fastest- having some flexibility in these time slots can help you build your caseload more quickly, though it is not required.

• Flexible hybrid scheduling is available, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote sessions based on clinician preference and client needs.

• Our newly expanded office space offers increased flexibility for in-person scheduling, with thoughtfully designed, comfortable rooms ready for immediate use.

• Evening and weekend availability tends to fill the fastest and can help accelerate caseload development, though it is not required.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
