Job summary

Choices Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling in an outpatient setting. The role includes conducting mental health assessments, diagnosis and treatment planning, and delivering services in office, school, jail, or via telehealth.

You will coordinate care, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with DHS, Probation, Doctors, and other referral sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Team player with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Network and market in the community and ongoing with referral sources.
• Assist with staff trainings when needed.
• Abide by HIPAA expectations and rules.
