About the Role

Developed as part of Lyra Care Therapy, our innovative video therapy program combines live video sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools. As a part-time therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment via live video, managing a diverse caseload. You will assign digital lessons and monitor outcomes, ensuring culturally responsive care tailored to each client's background and needs.

Our therapists connect regularly with peers, attend training sessions, and receive clinical support. This role suits licensed clinicians seeking part-time flexibility, professional growth, and a dynamic environment. Experience with a broad spectrum of mental health needs is encouraged.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) with the ability to work independently
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) and clinical best practices
• Experience managing risk and responding to crises
• Experience providing video therapy
• Part-time caseload management (up to 19 clients/week)
• Ability to work flexible hours within a 24-hour schedule
• Resident of the United States
