L & B Counseling in Charlotte, NC, seeks dedicated mental health therapists to serve children, adolescents, and adults in a flexible hybrid setting. You’ll maintain a 22+ client caseload weekly and deliver high-quality therapy with emphasis on empathy and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy (required).

We are looking for dedicated mental health therapists to join our private practice family, specifically working with children, adolescents and adults (ages 8 and up) in the Ballantyne area.

Role Description

• Maintain a clinical caseload of 22+ clients weekly.
• Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver high-quality individual/family therapy.
• Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate openly and actively participate in every other week team meetings, culture events and company gatherings.

Qualifications

• Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Licensure: You are fully or associate-licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, LMFT/A).
• Skills: You understand evidence-based practices and bring genuine empathy and human connection to your sessions. You are organized, self-motivated, and love working as part of a tight-knit team.
