Job summary

Wake Counseling seeks licensed clinicians to join our regional practice in Morrisville and Raleigh. This W-2 role starts with a part-time caseload with a path to a full-time caseload, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package and professional development support.

We sponsor professional growth and maintain a supportive team environment with regular team meetings and supervision. Ideal candidates hold NC licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC/LCAS) and have clinical experience with diverse client groups.

Qualifications

• Licensed with LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC or LCAS in North Carolina.
• Clinical experience with children, adults, couples and families.
• W-2 employee status with part-time initially, potential for full-time and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families in outpatient settings.
• Hold initial evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing care.
• Coordinate with credentialing for major insurers; maintain office-based schedule.
• Open to office-based work at Morrisville and Raleigh locations.

Responsibilities

• This opportunity is for candidates with an LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, and other mental health licenses to practice in NC. Candidates with an associate license may apply if they have excellent clinical experiences & work history.
• Location: Hiring immediately for our Morrisville & Raleigh offices
• Must have experience working with children and adults
• Ability to conduct initial evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and continued care in an outpatient setting
• Ability to see clients at the office at least 3-4 days a week (willing to offer some evening and/or weekend sessions)
• Credentialing with major insurance companies (BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, etc., but we will assist with credentialing if needed)
• Ability and willingness to work as a generalist
• Open to working with children, teens, and adults (ages 5 & up)
