Job summary

Wake Counseling & Mediation, PLLC is expanding and seeks clinicians who are passionate about helping people while also caring for themselves and colleagues. We hire NC-licensed professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, PhD) to serve Holly Springs, Cary, Morrisville, and Raleigh.

The role is part-time with potential to become full-time, with a supportive team, billing/administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina license (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, Ph.D.)
• Experience working with children and adults
• Credentialing with major insurances (BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Ambetter; we assist)
• Generalist with potential specialty areas
• Open to working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
• We encourage diverse, LGBTQIA2S+ & BIPOC candidates
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow with the practice

Responsibilities

• See clients at the office at least 3–4 days per week (some evenings/weekends possible)
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens
• Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in ongoing professional development

What we Need:

Must Have:

• LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, Ph.D. - North Carolina License
• Hiring for our Holly Springs, Cary, Morrisville, and Raleigh locations
• Must have experience working with children and adults
• Ability to see clients at the office at least 3-4 days a week (willing to offer some evening and/or weekend sessions)
• Credentialing with major insurances (BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Ambetter, etc. but we will assist with credentialing if needed)
• Ability and willingness to work as a generalist & have some specialties too
• Open to working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
