Job summary

evolvedMD is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support pediatric patients (2-18 years) in a Pediatric Practice setting. The role operates on a 32-hour work week (4 days) with a salary range of $52,400–$71,920 annually, plus bonus potential based on experience and market factors.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver whole-patient care, using evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active license in good standing as listed (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT).
• Experience in a pediatric behavioral health setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers for whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused).

• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.

• Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.

For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption. Salary Range (based on 32 hours per week): $52,400 - $71,920 annually annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
