Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in mental health or behavioral health setting.
• Strong understanding of crisis management and behavior intervention strategies.
• Experience with medical documentation and following established medication protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
