The Buckeye Ranch is hiring a Mental Health Tech Trainer for their Residential Treatment Program. The role focuses on training and supporting Mental Health Technicians through orientation and ongoing coaching, ensuring effective therapeutic care. The Buckeye Ranch is seeking aMental Health Tech Trainerto join our Residential Treatment Program. The Mental Health Tech Trainerensures that Mental Health Technicians receive needed training to provide effective therapeutic trauma-informed care in the milieu. This position is responsible for assisting the Residential Training Supervisor with coordinating, developing, delivering, and evaluating new Mental Health Technicians during the orientation period through on-the-job training. When on a unit, serving and coaching as a Mental Health Technician, modeling best-practice methods. This position will also train and coach current Mental Health Technicians on quality assurance checks and post incident response follow up; participate in camera review of restraints; and provide CPI training. Administrative duties include scheduling and completion of new team member signoffs.

Schedule:Full-time, Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday, 1pm - 9pm)
Shift Differentials:Added to base rate when working the below hours
