SpringVale Health Centers, Inc. in Dover, OH runs a 5-bed voluntary Crisis Stabilization Unit and is seeking a Part-time Crisis Stabilization Unit Technician. You will assist in daily activities, provide direct care to meet treatment goals, and deliver Crisis Intervention services.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. An associate degree or equivalent credential is preferred, with pathways toward licensure available through internship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mental health-related field; or Medical Assistant Certification plus 1-year mental health experience preferred but not required; or high school diploma with 2 years relevant mental health experience.

Responsabilités

SpringVale Health Centers has openings for part-timeCrisis Stabilization Unit Technicians in a 5-bed voluntary stabilization unit. As a Tech, you will assist in the daily activities, provide direct care to meet individual treatment goals, and provide Crisis Intervention services. This position requires flexibility to work different shifts, some weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude as well as possess the desire to make a difference within the agency and local community. Must have effective communication skills in both person and on the telephone to meet the needs of the crisis intervention process.
