Responsibilities

• Models positive social/coping skills and supports patient therapy.
• Observes patient behaviors and records accurate data during 15-min rounds.
• Documents patient responses and medical notes in Meditech as assigned.
• Communicates symptoms and changes in patients' condition to RN and team.
• Maintains patient vital signs, heights and weights records.
• Coordinates with health care team to implement patient care plans.
