Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience in psychiatric care preferred.
• CPR and crisis intervention training completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe environment via rounds and environmental checks.
• Takes vital signs as ordered.
• Responds to emergencies and de-escalates patients.
• Assists with milieu management and monitors safety hazards.
• Supports treatment team under RN supervision.
• Documents actions and follows hospital policies.
